Heather all the way from Hong Kong. "Merry Christmas!! Here are some silly photos from our Christmas morning. Mom sent me a box full of orange jello! (I use it in my baking and can’t buy it here.) Nathan sent a box full of German chocolates and 2 Christmas hats! Xie Yong and I took a photo of all that chocolate in our dining room this morning. Sawyer came over for Christmas lunch. We were so happy! Chinese and western food—that’s our normal. Renni is in Seattle and hasn’t been able to come back for 2 years. But we video called her today which was nice."

Bonnie's kids Kara and Owen. "I hadn’t seen them until recently for a few years due to Covid myself! They are both in Boston. Kara is a veterinarian (pictured with husband Nikolai) and Owen is a Type 1 Diabetes researcher for Boston Children’s Hospital and works for Hydrow filming yoga workouts all of the world. His girlfriend, Natalie, is also a yoga instructor."

My Father (Don Sanborn) used to read us kids "Twas The Night Before Christmas" every Christmas Eve. I've carried on the tradition. But, it's just not the same now that the kids are grown up.
